If there’s one thing in this world that can bring people together from all walks of life, it would definitely be food. Crunchy, chewy, sweet, salty, sour, there’s always something that will have your taste buds tingling. Running from September 5 – 7, the Niagara Food Festival promises to bring together some of the most talented chefs, banging bands and more than 40 vendors “who will be putting the food back in food festival”.
Returning for his third consecutive visit to Welland, celebrity chef Chuck Hughes will be showing off his incredible cooking skills at the Mobile Culinary Theatre. He’ll have audience members sitting on the edges of their seats and laughing out loud as he walks step by step through one of his delicious recipes.
Local favourites Anna and Michael Olson are also set to return to the main stage Saturday afternoon. Anna and Michael first met at Inn on the Twenty sixteen years ago in Jordan, Ontario. Michael is well known for his extensive work at Niagara College’s Culinary Institute and Anna can be found hosting three different cooking shows on Food Network, “Sugar”, “Fresh with Anna Olson” and “Bake! With Anna Olson”.
There will also be some incredible bands hitting the stage, so check out the schedule below so you don’t miss out!
