An annual event that draws masses, the Friendship Festival will ignite a binational celebration this weekend in Fort Erie. This event is jam-packed with concerts, vendors, attractions and plenty of reasons to celebrate. Here is our must-hit list of to-do’s:

FRIDAY

Concerts start at 7pm and include:
• Face In The Crowd
• JC & The Riddim Kings
• XPrime
• Under the Influence
• Stone River

SATURDAY

1812 Encampment and Demonstrations throughout the day. Learn about the history that connects these two countries and defines us as separate nations. Discover interesting historical facts, enjoy the exciting demonstrations and get excited to celebrate the nation’s birthday on July 1st!

Antique Classic Car Club of Canada – Rainbow Region. This is a Show & Shine event and will raise funds for the Tender Wishes Foundation. Featured will be vehicles that are at least 20 years and older… we expect to see some sweet rides!

Concerts start at 7pm and include:
• Guilty Pleasures
• Desire – International U2 Tribute on Saturday
• Thunderstruck – North America’s #1 AC/DC Tribute

SUNDAY

Hands Across the Border will create a chain of human handshake across the Peace Bridge. We can’t think of a friendlier way to celebrate this festival! The handshaking begins at 6pm!

Concerts start at 7pm and include:
• Heidi Joshua
• The Red Sands
• Lambs Become Lions
• Amber Reigns
MONDAY

Fireworks at 10pm! Billed as the most spectacular yet, these will be quite the show for spectators!
