When they handed out the big awards at the recent Ontario Home Builder’s Association gala, Jerry Rinaldi and his team were extremely proud.  Winners of two Awards of Distinction for “Most Outstanding Production Built Home” for their Riverside, Courtland Valley Estates, St. Davids and for “Most Outstanding Attached Multi-Unit Home” for their Unit #2, Old Mill Lane, St. Davids.

Rinaldi Homes was also a finalist in three other categories: “Most Outstanding Production Built Home” (One storey up to 1900 sq. ft.); “Most Outstanding New Home Kitchen” (The Riverside, Courtland Valley Estates, St. Davids) and “Most Outstanding New Home Kitchen” (The Winterbury II, Courtland Valley Estates, St. Davids.)

This wasn’t the Rinaldi team’s first trip to the awards table – they’ve won many awards for their outstanding work and are regarded as one of the premiere building companies in Niagara.

The company was founded by their father Osvaldo, a trained furniture maker, who came to Canada from Italy in 1950, to work in the construction business as a carpenter. For 30 years, Osvaldo Rinaldi built quality homes throughout Niagara, proudly bringing his sons into the business.

In 1987 Jerry and Frank Rinaldi began operating Rinaldi Homes and they have since carried on their father’s passion for excellence.  Now, the third generation of the family has joined the business. They’re dedicated to a hands-on approach and are personally involved in every step of the home building process – beginning with innovative design, following through with top-notch construction and providing thorough after-sales service.
