Coyle Creek Estates

Sterling Realty doesn’t like the word “subdivision”. In fact, it sounds a little invasive – taking a parcel of land, flattening it out and dividing it up into square portions with no regard for the natural setting.  So when Sterling Realty came across a development site backing onto protected parkland, next to a creek and on the borders of scenic countryside, they simply couldn’t bring themselves to make a subdivision. Instead Sterling Realty has a vision of a cohesive community that seems to spring up out of the land, as if the surroundings were the natural habitat of the estates themselves.  Coyle Creek Estates is the result of that vision – and Sterling Realty will be working with and supervising builders, landscapers and future residents to make sure that each and every individual lot will be seamlessly integrated into the original backdrop.

The Coyle Creek Estates community will be just that. The sprawling site will be home to only 79 single and approximately 36 luxury town homes, leaving plenty of space for parks, walking trails and other professionally scaped community areas to enjoy the scenery.  Located within minutes of Pelham and Welland, with their shopping and recreation amenities, residents here won’t be giving up any of their convenience to join this innovative new neighbourhood.  Melting into the serene setting, the Coyle Creek Estates community will provide spacious luxury living, a relaxing and beautiful locale and peace of mind for the environmentally aware.
