Port Place in Port Dalhousie

By on 449

After years of controversy and debate, demolition is underway in Port Dalhousie, in preparation for the construction of Port Place. The building is to be 17 storeys high and have 71 condominium units within it that range in size and price. Beneath it will be a boutique hotel, a live theatre and numerous shops and restaurants.  Assessments are still on-going regarding nearby buildings which may have heritage characteristics that will need to be preserved.

Naturally in Niagara was on hand to film the demolition and share the news with you.
