Rio Lane is a cul-de-sac in St. Catharines that, every year, puts together a 23 house Christmas light display to bring in the holiday spirit. Thousands of bulbs envelope the entire street putting smiles on children’s faces. Last year, the area managed to raise over $300 and 700 pounds of donated food. The residents pay for the hydro bills themselves, but love it nonetheless!
