Warren Woods “Net Zero” Energy Complex

By on 1

Warren Woods homes are located in Niagara Falls and will have geothermal units using the earth’s own temperature to heat homes in the winter and cool them during the summer. The developers expect the use of geothermal and new solar and wind technology to provide low-cost electrical power to homes, businesses and recreational facilities. The solar park is being hailed by the developers and local politicians for its environmental sustainability

Featuring its own golf driving range and beautifully appointed residents’ club and fitness centre, Warren Woods is close to all the amenities of Niagara Square as well as to entertainment facilities, the McBain YMCA Community Centre, the Niagara Falls Business Park, the Heartland Family Retreat and the Carolinian Forest preserve, trails and more. Warren Woods will offer a vibrant lifestyle unmatched in southern Ontario.

Comprised of five different neighbourhoods, with a range of different living styles including large and small single family detached homes, single family attached townhomes, villas, condominiums and apartments, as well as a retirement care facility, this exciting community will truly have something for everyone, from families to second-home vacationers and retirees.

Warren Woods is a community with a long and healthy future ahead of it. With more than 300 acres and plans for 1,500 residences, an energy business park, a 10MW solar PV farm, an EPA forest, a golf course, a hospitality centre and a showcase demonstration project, it is destined to set the benchmark for green living in Ontario.

smallest incentive I’ve seen is $10,000 and the largest was $60,000. We’re also getting the “prices that will never be offered again” stuff…duh, it will be even lower in six months. I just read and giggle. Thursday, December 28, 2006 2:44:39 AM –i—————-Wa-t until people catch on and want to adjust the sales prices bsed on incentives. The bottom will fall out.
