The Pelham Summerfest simply began in 2011 as a single day event to celebrate the completion of the downtown streetscape. It was so popular and garnered so many visitors that it was brought back for another three years. The event is now four days long and includes music and entertainment, children’s activities, retail and food vendors, arts, crafts, wine garden, beer pavilion, juried art show and Sunday morning breakfast in Peace Park.
There will also be some new events for 2014. Friday night has been expanded to include “Country Night” with music on the main stage, food and retail vendors along Pelham Street and a teen movie night in Peace Park. On Sunday there will be a modified Kids Zone and a “Family Ride!
