You may have noticed a staple show return to the prime-time airwaves over the last few weeks. Lovers of a good laugh have been reveling in the return of “Whose Line Is It Anyway?”, an improv show that calls on comedians who are quick on their feet to bring the funny when they are directed to improvise and act out scenarios in front of a live audience. Well Niagara, you don’t have to tune in to the television to get your dose of hilarity, the stars of the show are coming to our hometown!

On October 5th funnymen Ryan Stiles, Greg Proops, Chip Esten and Jeff B. Davis will be performing at the Scotiabank Convention Centre for an interactive 90 minute show of improvised comedy and song. When I say interactive, I mean it. You, the audience, will be able to suggest the scenarios that they will perform on stage. Improv at its finest!

Who are the funnymen?

Ryan Stiles – You might remember him from the “Drew Carey Show” and “Two and a Half Men”. He is also a regular on the “Whose Line Is It Anyway” television show!

Greg Proops – One of the originals, Greg was among the first improvisational comedians on the British version of the show! He is also well known for his work on “The Nightmare Before Christmas” and “Flight of the Conchords”.

Chip Esten – Featured on HBO’s “Enlightened,” “Nashville”, “NCIS” and more, Chip has comedic and dramatic chops to bring to the table.

Jeff B. Davis – Having worked with some of comedy’s biggest names, it is no surprise to see Jeff Davis on the roster. He made his name on “The Sarah Silverman Project” and has been featured in HBO’s “True Blood”, “Melrose Place” and as a voice actor on numerous projects.
