For residents of the Garden City it may be difficult to imagine, but the streets of our downtown core have a loyal following of history and haunt seekers who believe there are ghosts amongst us! It is no surprise that our city’s rich history is full of interesting tales and characters, but this walk will take you through a journey that details where exactly those spirits may still be lurking.

Under the eerie glow of the full moon these haunt walks depart from Market Square and take you through a series of historic buildings with many stories to tell. From the Landmark Building where you will hear the tale of Mr. & Mrs. Pincock, to the haunted churchyard cemetery that has been closed since 1874. Spine-tingling anecdotes about residents past have made this haunted walking tour a favourite for years.

Walks are 75 – 90 minutes in length and cover approximately 20 blocks of walking at an easy comfortable pace. Tickets for this event are $8.00 each and are available for purchase at the St. Catharines Downtown Association Offices or  on Eventbrite. The next walk will be July 22.
